Thank you everybody for taking the time to reply to my
questions.I'm from the island of St Martin/St Maarten in the West Indies.5 Miles from Anguilla BWI,10 Miles from St Barth FWI.

I need that fighting chair because I plan to fish some
billfish tournaments here in Saint Martin and St Barth
and maybe in St Thomas too.And those blue marlin can run
big in our waters, so a chair is a must.

I think I will go with the Yamaha's 2 trokes as the Verado and 4 trokes in general are a bit too hightech (and new)for the local mechanics(trust me!).
Again thanks you for replying and I'll be back to the forum
when the 320 is at the end of my dock.

Al Dente.

Al Dente,

I wish you the best of luck with your 320 Outrage. I wish to caution you on the Yamaha 300HPDI's. From other forums I have gathered that there are some substantial problems with these engines. As I don't wish to bash any products here on this forum, feel free to email me at, and I will direct you to another forum's links to some owner problems with the big block high pressure direct injecion engines.

If this is inappropriate jimh, please tell me so and I will cease, or post the links here if you prefer; I am just trying to help a brother.

I think your best bet in the high HP engines are the large four strokes (Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki....take your pick).

Al Dente,

I sent you an email with a link, however my email was returned as undeliverable due to invalid email address.

The above is one of many links on the Yamaha saga, that you may find on a multitude of sites.
