As noted in the powerwasher thread, finished cleaning the boat yesterday, but the white scuff marks from various dock bumpers on the 220's black rub rail "stumped" the cleaning supplies I had with me. Seems I need some type of rubbing compound. Yes no or other ideas? thanks much.

I USE ACETONE...DO NOT GET IT ON THE FIBERGLASS.
I CLEAN THE RUB RAILS WITH ACETONE THEN PUT ON A COAT OF YOUR FAVORITE TIRE DRESSING THAT YOU USE ON YOUR CAR..IT WILL MAKE THE RAILS LOOK LIKE NEW.

You can also wet sand off rubrail marks using about #600 paper.
