anybody running a 115 on a 15 ,ive got a 15 dauntless 1994 and a 60 degree 115 OMC id like to mate

Owning a 15' Sport with a 70Hp OMC, I have no desire to drive any 15' hull with more horsepower. The boat gets light and chine walks as it aproaches 45mph.

I have a 115Hp in my 15' Rage, but jets are completely different beasts, and the top speed of the Rage is lower than my Sport...

yep I hear ya drove one today with the 90 Yamaha on it pleanty fast enough,its just that I have the 115 sitting in the shop

Standard Horizon CP150 GPS reads 44mph. I still want to get my hands on a 12-3/4"x21" SS prop some day... The 13-1/4"x19" SS may or may not be pushing the engine beyond redline at 44mph. I've always thought this particular tach reads higher than the previous tach I had...

Interesting anecdote, the paddlewheel on my fishfinder has read 51mph while running WOT in the sport. Ironically, at 30mph it agrees precisely with the GPS...
