1999 and newer 13 Sport with 25 hp: what prop?

I'm convinced my boat came rigged with less than the perfect prop, but I don't want to end up with too large a collection. My 2000 13 Sport came with a 10.38 X 11 pitch aluminum on a 25 hp Merc Bigfoot. With a full load she struggles to get on plane, even with a Doel-fin installed. By myself, she jumps right up on plane. I'm going to try a 9.5 pitch, but am curious what other owners are using.

Roy, with a full load my 130 struggles to get on plane with a 40 HP. To be honest, that's a full load on board including the weight of someone on a tube. I could not do it at all with the prop that came with the boat; a Black Max 10 3/8 X 14. It would just plow along no matter the trim or how many weight tricks we tried. I went to a 10 3/8 X 13 and it changed everything. You, of course, are dealing with a different motor and it will be interesting to hear from other 25 HP owners. Just wanted you to know that at full load it's a tough trick even for someone having more horsepower.
