About a week ago I put a deposit on a 150 Montauk that my dealer had coming in. I had the pleasure of cutting the shrink wrap off of it today
My first impression is simply WOW.
The factory rigging is neat and clean, the bimini is also factory installed about all the dealer has to do is install the prop, a battery, test run it and a little clean up.
Hopefully a test run later this week.

Dick - you are one lucky guy - and happy. That's great - but not being able to participate in the NW rendezevous (grand-daughter's wedding conflict) - I'll have to wait to see it. Enjoy it. --- Jerry/Idaho

Congratulations, Dick! I know how excited and anxious to get out on the water you must be. Enjoy!

I just got to take out my new to me '04 150 Sport. I believe the hull is the same as the 150 Montauk. If so, I think you're going to love the ride.
Enjoy it with lots of good luck.

DICK, We just test drove a new 150 Sport, very sweet boat. Still looking at the 150 Montauk though. What bow rail configuration is on your boat? We've seen three different setups on photos on the internet. Is there a continuous rail along the gunwale or is there an opening about midship?

Mine has what they call the classic bow rail with an opening between it and the side rail.
