Check out the current issue of 'Trailer Boats' magazine.
They wrote a very positive article on the Conquest 255. I hope that this is my next whaler.

Over the past few months I have been suffering from that dreaded 2 foot disease. I went to my local dealer and checked the 255 Conquest. It seems to be a nice boat.

I was curious on how it rides in rough water. The hull seems to be a generation back from the new crop of Whalers i.e. the 285 and the 305 Conquests.

Also, my dealer thinks that twin 150s are a good match. Is that enough power for this boat?

Is it enough cabin for two to overnight in with some comfort?

Handles OK in rougher water,150's are ok although my 200's WOT at 47 mph, sleeps 2 fine.
