Local Boy	posted 09-18-2006 09:06 AM ET (US)         Thanks to all the help of forum members, I now have a 1998 23' Outrage ready to be shipped to Hawaii. As one might expect both weight and volume play a role in the shipping $$. My whaler has the standard Outrage T-Top. I figure I can save about $2500 if I could lower height of the shipping package by the extra height of the T-Top. Question: Does anyone know if the T-Top can be disassembled?? There appears to be a joint about halfway up vertical pieces. I was wondering if "pressed" or "treaded". Thanks for comments. Gary
oroseiwhaler	posted 09-18-2006 01:35 PM ET (US)          Localboy, i added my t-top 2 years after i bought the boat. It cames already assembled and i think that it is pressed and can't be dissassembled. Also becaus after all this years the aluminium will be baked together by corrision wich will make it impossible to dissasemble without doing some damage. Best regards Chris
