Looking for owner feedback on the new 200 Dauntless? Whaler's new 20'6'' Dauntless powered with a 175 Verado. This hull appears to be most versitile in its class. Has anyone sea trialed this hull?

I will be able to let you know 3 weeks from tomorrow, when the docks, and the boat are in at the marina. Hopefully we won't have to wait that long for other replies. That is one of the drawbacks to living in the NE, and purchasing a boat in December.

Thanks Tom! I caught your photos awhile back, and let me say that they are even more enjoyable now, than before. I opted for the T-Top, and 175 Verado. It's been snowing on and off all day, which in some respects, the time pass - the wait would be much worse if it were sunny, and mid 70's.

How is the ride? I am thinking about a bigger boat and wonder how the ride is in chop. I have a 170 Montauk now. Is the dauntless a smoother ride?
