Recently bought a 2006 Outrage and have equipped it with a bimini, electronics and Mills covers for the Console and the Leaning post. Since I live in Fla, I was wondering if I should add the Forward Shelter? I also am looking for the Motor cover, some of the sites listed previously don't seem to carry the 150 V. cover

get the shelter.great protection from the sun, wind, weather
has good headroom for adults when seated in the bow and doesn`t obstruct vision from the helm. You can see the bow through the window which zips down if you want.
Mills is top quality.

I had that setup on a Mako I once owned. The best trick was getting the connecting vinyl from the spray hood to the bimini for some comfortable cruising. This was a 22' center console Mako 224. We also sat out some T-storms under the hood at anchor when caught.

Thanks, I ordered the Merc cover for the Verado and will be calling Mills for the shelter. I think it will help during the summer Thunderstorms and to get out of the heat while drift fishing. I hope to post some pictures once I'm finished.

Is the forward shelter for nantucket/outrage removable minus a few brackets?

Yes. It will remove with two screws and a thumbscrew, leaving behind 3 small brackets, 2 eye loops, and 2 small fender hooks. See http://www.continuouswave.com/whaler/reference/shelter.html for photos of all the hardware.
