Does anyone have a picture of the aluminum trailer option for either the 190 or 170 Montauk - I just ordered an 08 170 Montauk with this option and I am very curious about what it looks like. The dealer didnt have any in stock and had no pics, and I had no luck with the Whaler website. Thank you.

Sorry Ben, don't have any pics. Did you buy the boat from Clews?

Yes, I bought from Jim Tasman at Clews. A pleasure to deal with. Now, I just have to wait...I will be taking it to the Keys as soon as I get it and hopefully convince the wife to let me take the kids out of school so we can use it as much as possible down there this fall and winter!

Nice, Do you live near Clews? Where do you plan to use the boat in the summer?

Pretty close, about 25 miles. Cape May is where we have been using it here. We keep it there all summer and then take it to the Keys in the fall.

I'm surprized the NJ dealers did not have better pricing then Clews, not that their are many BW dealers around in this neck of the woods. Clews just started selling Sea Pro also, mainly because they were not selling enough BW's. It turns out Jim Tasman lives about 1/2 mile from me. I was really impressed by their service department and how honest they were and how much time the service manager spent with me. After I bought my boat I had a bunch of things done and added to it. I was very surprized and please when I picked the boat up, they had all my old parts neatly bagged and labled. From the old impeller right down to the old light bulbs.
