BWP or Tombro or anyone else :)

My gauges stop lighting up, is it a simple wireing problem? I put in a new stereo system and now my gauges are not illuminated although they still work.

Also the helm switches some of the little red lights do not come on, can they be replaced or do I have to buy a whole new switch?

Thanks guys!

Did you connect the stereo to an exixting switch or to a fuse buss?

Sorry, mine work fine. Follow BWPs advice.

I put in a new inline 50 amp fuse coming out of the battery to the Amplifier, I think that a wire simply came loose form the instrument panel... I just can't seem to find it. Do the guage lights come on all the time or does the NAV light switch or ACC switch normally light them up?

I figured it out - don't laugh... it was not even broken, on my smart gauge there is a little button with a light bulb on it, you have to push it to turn all the gauge lights on. DOH!
