I left a message at my dealer, and I am 70 miles form my boat, so I can't crawl and find out at the moment. Do any of you guys know where exactly the location of the fuel water separator is on your 205 Conquest?

you probably don't have one....the fuel filter is on the left side of the engine inside the cowl...if you want to add one, see my article in the library section of the forbidden site....it can be done no problem if you follow merc's directions....

Given that most states mandate ethanol, isn't it standard to be included? It was on my Parker is why I ask.

Sal,

I was told the Nantucket didn't have one eaither at one point, but thats not correct....Look in one of the hatches leading to the Bilge...If the 19 Outrage has one, yours does too:) I'd bet money on it...

Tom,

No problems with the ethanol right?

Sal -

You might want to search the archives. I recall a very spirited "article" recently with many contributors debating installing a fuel/water separator on a Verado rigged boat.

Regards,

Sal--none whatsoever, and I have 370 hours on the Verado so far.
