Okay its that time of year comming up that I would like to fly the USA Flag. The Outrage does not have the obvious stern area to mount the flag mount. I was thinking to use the fishing pole holders but they will be too big for the flag staff. Just wondering where other Outrage 190 owners have flown their flags from?

Of course it has a bow rail and yes that is where I mount a flag staff.

On my prior 190 Nantucket, I attached a stainless steel flag pole base (it held a flag pole at a rear 15% angle) to the rear starboard gunwale. You can see it in my old "for sale" ad:

Thanks guys...at least now i have some thoughts on to accomplish what I want to do...surprizing that the boat companies don't put a fitting on when they are built...who doesn't want to fly the flag on the 4th of July or even perhaps attend a BW event??
