Today I bought [a like-new 1998 Boston Whaler CONQUET 21]. It is a loaded hardtop in perfect condition. I'm going to replace the Yamaha 225 two-cycle motor with a Honda 225 four-cycle. I will let you know how it runs on break in. It is my fifth Whaler!

That's a great plan, the Honda 225 repower. If your new gauges include fuel flow, I hope you'll do some performance runs and report back with MPG at different rpms. That should be one sweet rig.

boatdryer- I will check to see if Honda offers a fuel flow meter. I would want one if they do. I will report back.

I have a a stainless pole in front of the engine. I think that is for a table? I believe I saw one on boat trader that had a table on it for sale back in Florida. Does anyone know where to buy one?
