Does anyone know the routing of the wires for the bow nav lights on the 190 Outrage?

I wish to add a pulpit to my 190 Outrage and the nav lights are in the way, so I will have to relocate them.

How do you all suggest I anchor down the pulpit?

Go to http://whalerparts.com/ , find your year and model, and review the available drawings. You should be able to find a drawing there which shows the wiring route.

On the same website you should be able to find a wood locating diagram for your boat which will show if and where the pulpit can properly be anchored.

Here's the drawing you're looking for: http://whalerparts.com/Diagrams/2008/190%20Outrage/07801190ORSHT1.pdf . It looks like the wiring for the navigation light runs through the rub rail on the port side.

Here's the wood locating diagram for the Nantucket 190: http://whalerparts.com/Diagrams/2005/Wood/1744982%20Model%20(1).pdf . Assuming the "wood" is located in the same place on the Outrage 190, it doesn't look like there's a lot of support for a bow pulpit.

Kevin--Your answer was terrific. Thank you.

Thanks for the drawings and links.

Has anyone here added a pulpit on the 190 Outrage? If so how did you anchor it, seeing that there is no reinforcement to do so?
