We just purchased a 2000 28' Conquest. We'd like to buy a trailer for it. We've had good experience with Eagle. I've also heard Loadmaster is good. Does anyone have any recommendations?

If you liked your Eagle trailer you will like a Phoenix Trailer.

Loadmaster is a great trailer, I have owned a couple. Just about all Aluminum trailers are the same and made with the same parts. You will realize this once you go shopping.

Congrats on pulling the trigger! You'll like the Conquest.
Buy that trailer and you can tow it down to Ft. Lauderdale in time to make the B.W. Bimini Rendezvous at the end of June. It's just a short trip from WI. LOL.

Brian are you doing the rendezvous? I live down here in S. FL with my Whaler

Yes, but I dont want to hijack this thread. You can email me with questions if you want.
I'd discuss it in the Rendezvous section Jimh, but I get -0- replies. Nobody from here goes.

We have a 4x4 Dodge Megacab 3500 (1 ton) with a 4.10 rear end and Cummins Turbo Diesel. We tow a 27' Larson Cabrio and 26' Whaler Conquest. (We've also towed both of these boats with a 4x4 Dodge 2500 (3/4 ton) with a Cummins Turbo Diesel.) Both trucks work great. We also have an oversize load permit so we can tow up to 12'. We live in Wisconsin and primarily tow in spring and fall because we have a seasonal slip on Lake Michigan. It's nice to be able to take the boat home and do our own winterizing, etc.
