Just got back from two weeks on the Outer Banks.

Its hard to tell from the pictures but the underwater lights had a range of 15 feet. The water was fairly murky.

Thanks Joe

It is, but its very comfortable. I had to drop the boat off at my local dealer Saturday on the way home. I had some minor issues with the engine. "Check Engine" going on for no apparent reason. Anyway, the service manager and I are going over the boat, this guy LOVES the seat. He has the same Dauntless I have and he plans to order one for his boat from Raymond.

Great looking boat Feej. I like the board rack as well - great idea (wonder why I haven't seen anything like that on the boats around here?).

All the best to you and the family with it.

Max

Thanks
I got the rack from http://www.lipboating.com . They seem to be the only ones that offer a mount for a one inch rail. It works very well and keeps the board off the deck.

Nice boat! A neighbor at the cabin just traded a 24 Pursuit for one. Unfortunately his 150 Verado died Friday night while he was out on the boat. He got towed into the dock by another neighbor but wasn't too happy. After several hours of troubleshooting on Saturday morning the engine still wouldn't run so it looks like he'll be getting towed back to Anacortes and then have to tow the boat down to Seattle. No fun when the boat has only 20 hours.

Luckily mine never died. I just got the "Check Engine" idiot message. No errors or anything else. All pressures and temps were normal. My local dealer Clews in Frazer, PA should have something for me Tuesday. I did have about 1 once of water in the fuel filter canister when I got the 1st message. The other two times the fuel was fine.

Nice looking boat Feejer, seat looks comfortable. I was in the Outer Banks at the same time, left on July 5th. Could'nt have asked for better weather during the week leading up to the 4th. I did not bring my Montauk along, maybe next trip. Looks like you were staying at or around Pirates Cove, did you go over to Manteo by boat? If so, were did you tie-up? Thanks for the pics, looks like a nice vacation.

Hey Robert

Here's where we stayed, http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=123+ penisula+drive+manteo,+nc&sll=35.894821,-75.663271&sspn=0.042136,0. 074759&ie=UTF8&t=h&z=16&iwloc=A

Just a 3-5 minutes away from the docks on town. If your looking at the docks from the front, you can tie up pretty much anywhere to the left of the slips. The weather was great June 27th to July 4th, kind of cool and wet the week after

Beautiful boat... Mind if I ask where you got the lights and how they are installed?

Very easy to install, mine are mounted with 3M 4200, wires are run thru the engine will drain to a switch on the console. Chris sell a few different types

The lights are very powerful and each one only draws about 1 amp
