Hello. Is a 1994 Dauntless 15 with a 2005 Yahama 70-HP powerful enough to pull a skier? Will it perform all right?
Will a CAMRY pull this little boat?
Asking price is $7900. Is this a good deal?

I owned a 1998 DAUNTLESS 15 with a 60-HP Mercury 2 stroke. I towed it with a 1995 Camry with a V6 with no problem. Skiers might depend on individual size and weight. Children should not be a problem with tandem skis or a tube. Great little boat!

This may be bringing an old thread back to life, but its great to see a few other Dauntless owners towing with a Camry!
I own a 1995 Dauntless 15 with a 2005 50 Honda 4-stroke and tow it with a 1993 V6 Camry Wagon.
I am not sure what the difference between skiing and wakeboarding is, but by boat pulls me on a wakeboard with no problems. (I am fairly light - 150lbs, but the engine is only a 50....)
