Does anyone have the original performance specs from the factory for the Outrage 24 that was built 1994-1998? Someone said these are archived on their website but I can't find them. Thanks Dave

Performance specs? Perhaps you mean some performance reports. I have never seen any from the factory posted online but there are plenty of performance reports here on ContinuousWave. Check out the Performance Forum for old posts about that.

I am fairly certain that Boston Whaler did not have a web presence in c.1994 to c.1998. They only began to post data about the performance of their boats on their website in the past few years, perhaps going back a decade or so. I don't think they posted performance reports on-line back then. I am not sure if they even produced electronic copies of their performance reports, or if they even had performance reports for those boats.
If there is an archive of older performance reports for older Boston Whaler boats that is hosted on a website run by Boston Whaler, I don't know the URL for it. If such an on-line archive exists, perhaps someone can give the URL to it. There is a tendency on manufacturers' websites to not concentrate on archiving old information. They usually are too busy trying to get the current information on-line to pay a lot of attention to keeping archives of old information.

Go to www.archive.org and plug in www.whaler.com. You will see that Whaler had a web site at least as early as December 1996. Back then, the websites were pretty crude as compared to what you see today. There was no performance data given in the website back then.

Peter, Thank you for that website. It is great and I've been checking out all sorts of old sites. Really cool. Regarding the Outrage, I still could have sworn I have seen an old factory performance sheet from the mid 90's vintage Whaler but hey, it wouldn't be the first time my memory was less than accurate. Thanks again guys for the replies.
