[I plan] on using [Interlux PERFECTION two-part polyurethane topside paint] for an upcoming project. What color of [Interlux PERFECTION topside paint] is closest to Desert Tan?
I will be doing the whole boat; it doesn't need to match just be near to Desert Tan.

Re: 1968 Nauset Foam Removal
Great blog, I find myself checking in every day to see how your are progressing!
Just purchased a 79 Montauk which needs a similar amount of work doing, what color are you going to paint her?

Hi Rich. I believe you commented on that photo in my Pinterest! I am also in the U.K. And have experience with the eva foam [you are] referring to and have posted pics on Everything Boston Whaler. Fixing poor gelcoat repairs
My 13 has quite a few patch repairs which, although look professionally done ( feathered in and perfectly flush) the colour is way too light and I want to try and fix Them the patches are quite big (3" round)
Any recommendations on how to do this?
Thanks

Re: 1996 Yamaha 50-HP Cylinder Pressures
It is a two cycle, top two cylinders were 115-PSI and bottom was 100-PSI. The engine sat for a while. I will repeat the test and post result with throttle set to maximum.

1996 Yamaha 50-HP Cylinder Pressures
My first measurement of the cylinder pressure of my 1996 Yamaha 50-HP came out at 115, 115, and 100-PSI. Should I be worried?
I didn't test [with the engine throttle set to maximum]--which I later read I should do--but can't imagine it will change the result.
