Do what Con suggest, even if you have to pay someone to help with the labor. Laying under a boat to do that amount of work will be very difficult and the work to flip the boat will be much easier and better than the effort of getting help to flip the boat.

Jim is right, loc tite won't work in your situation. I wonder if the wood your screws are going into is soft from moisture. Check that and consider how you can dry the wood. Specialty replaced all of my upholstery for a 2005 180 Dauntless, I had to have the bow cushion replaced and the back cushion on the Helm station, they did replace them no delay. So, you may think they are not the highest quality, but be sure you understand they back their work and products.
