Look for a strap with a smaller load rating; the strength and size of the hook will proportionately smaller.

For a 13-footer a winch strap does not need a 5,000- or 10,000-lbs rating.

Repair the damage to the bow towing eye and to the transom lifting eyes before inverting the boat hull. You will need to fix those three fittings eventually, so do that job first.
