I have 1990 Outrage 19, which, as mentioned above, is a different boat than the boat under discussion. It is lighter, and essentially the same boat as the Outrage 18. The scuppers on my 1990 OUTRAGE 19 also sit below the waterline. The boat has two batteries and an oil tank in the engine splash well...

I would like to buy a bow rail for my 1990 Outrage 19. I believe the 1990 Outrage used the same bow rail as the 1980's model Outrage 18, but by 1990 they were all welded (not segmented). My boat is a 1990 model. Which, from everything I have ever seen and read, is the EXACT same boat as the 1980s model Outrage 18 (they just changed the 18 to 19 to better comport with naming convention across all BW models at the time).
