Only problem with plugs is I lose the self bailing aspect of the design. Thanks for note on engine position. I noticed that too but wasn't sure whether my eyes we playing tricks on me or it is a real concern.

My 1994 19' Outrage sits so low in the water that seawater comes aboard through the scuppers. The engine is an E-TEC 200. The engine weight is less than 100-lbs more from the 150-HP.
