Hi Matthew, Ever get any solutions? I have a 19 9421 Outrage with the hatch in front of the engine has three latches and the gasket is leaking I also get a lot of water in the bilge the same way you do from wash downs and coming through the scuppers in the back looking for gaskets like you Michael l...
