1998 REVENGE 22 W-T Fuel Tank Level Sender
I have a 1988 Revenge 22 Walk-Through. The fuel tank level indicator is located [under a clear circular pry-out deck access plate, and] the level indicator can barely be seen due to a tinted [on the clear pry-out deck access plate. Q1: can [the normal Boston Whaler mechanical fuel tank level indicat...

Revenge head cover
Is the wooden cover for the portable head in my 1988 Revenge 22’ WT the same dimensions as the cover on a 20’ WT? I’d like to get the cover and have located one for a 20’

Re: Revenge 22 W-T Drains: Six Questions
JimH, thanks for the drain location help. I did locate that drain in the starboard aft [cockpit] sump pf the REVENGE 22 W-T.
I found the sump full of dirty water. and the drain had a plug inserted in it with a broken handle.

REVENGE: Brass Through Hull Drain Replacement
Q1: is replacement of four through-hull drains on my recently purchased Revenge [a good idea]? I do not know the condition of the brass through hull drains. Q2: between brass and plastic, which is preferred for replacement drains? [Moderator's note: when soliciting advice for recommendations about p...

Re: Revenge 22 W-T Drains: Six Questions
JimH--Thanks for the reply. In the starboard hinged hatch on my boat there is a small pump that discharges through an hull in the [inwale above the waterline]. There may very well be a drain in [the cockpit aft starboard sump] as you suggested, but I can’t see it. This sump area is only about six-in...

Re: Revenge 22 W-T Drains: Six Questions
JimH thanks for the replies. Neither of the two anchor locker drains are blocked so I don’t know how this much water accumulated in the compartment. The water is about six-inches about deep. The bulkhead is sealed with some type of caulking. I guess I’ll remove all that and reseal it. Thanks for the...

Revenge 22 W-T Drains: Six Questions
I have a 1988 Revenge 22 Walk-Through. The forward-most storage compartment under the cabin berth is full of water. It doesn’t have a drain tube of any type. The water seems to be seeping through the bulkhead that separates this storage compartment from the anchor locker. Q1: what can be done to sto...

Re: Keel Rollers v. Keel Bunks
Thanks for all the advice. I ended up installing two [paired] 12-inch STOLZ roller [sets] on the rear three cross members. There wasn’t a problem from the dip in the crossmembers. I’ll send pics for future reference next time I have the boat off the trailer. I have the bunks installed flush with the...

Re: Keel Rollers v. Keel Bunks
I’m still assembling my trailer. I’ve installed double keel rollers on three cross members. I’m not doing the front cross member until I pick up the boat so as to be sure it has the height to support the forward keel. I may end up using flat bunks in that forward area. I’ve also shortened the height...

Re: Keel Rollers v. Keel Bunks
Thanks for the replies. I’m not buying a brand new trailer that costs more than the boat. I had this trailer from a previous boat. I’m interested in the best set up to properly support my Revenge. I was looking for advice on the keel support. I’ll gladly remove or shorten or adjust the existing bunk...

Re: Revenge 22 Trailer Set Up
If you have doubled up bunks you are fine. This is a float-on style. There is a good primer article in the reference section. https://continuouswave.com/whaler/reference/trailering/trailer.html Bunks with keel rollers is the other type. Helps launch boat in a little less water. Show us photos of yo...

Keel Rollers v. Keel Bunks
Q1: between using keel rollers or full length keel bunks, which would be better? It seems to me, and I’m no expert, that three or four keel rollers aren’t fully supporting the keel as well as keel bunks would. ASIDE I just purchased a 1988 Revenge 22 W-T with Whaler Drive. I have a bunk trailer with...
