I think a fair market price, given California location, is $9,000 to $11,000.

While the engine may be great, it is old. A new engine is $12,000 to $14,000.

There was no 210 Outrage in 1993. The 1993 Outrage 21 has a minimum power rating of 150-HP and a maximum power rating of 300-HP.

At the time it was introduced the method of attaining 300-HP was from twin 150-HP engines. Therefore, I doubt 100-lbs will make a measurable impact.

The part shown in Figure 1 is the backing plate for the bow railing support.

There are two of them, one on each side of the hull, forward to support the vertical stanchion. They insert from the outside into the two holes. The two machine screws threat into it.

There is no grease nipple for the steering cable in the tilt tube only for the tilting feature of the engine. I would want to verify the gear ratio of the current Mercury 40 is the same. They occasionally change.

The new 130 SuperSport is heavier than your model.

Start with the cables.

The market will be slow to respond to that asking price.

For that money, the teak/mahogany would be pristine, gelcoat shiny, OEM cushions from Anderson's Mfg. and an engine that is less than 10 years old.

Unless you plan on servicing the engine yourself assess which, if any, local dealers service E-TEC engines.

Many dealers have ended service of E-TEC engines as a matter of principle--very short sighted if you ask me.

The repair technique you describe is appropriate for the hatches.

If the hatches that are not failing have a green line indicating exposed fiberglass, give them a thin coat of sealant to prevent them absorbing moisture.

This model was only produced for 1 year, 2000.

The boat with only 135-HP is underpowered based on the published hull weight of 2,500-lbs and the experience with other models. I would expect a 175-HP or 200-HP engine would be appropriate.

You would need extensive fiberglassing experience.

The required effort would amount to hundreds of hours, thousands of dollars and a wrecked hull with limited to no resale value.
