Welcome to the new forum at CONTINUOUSWAVE.COM

Hello to old friends from the The Old Forum on CONTINUOUSWAVE.COM. This is the new forum. Please feel free to become acquainted with the features of this software by:

--registering as a new user

--testing the software in this introduction forum

The user-id and password credentials used with the old forum software are not recognized by the new forum. You must re-register with the new forum as a new user. You can use the same user name again, if you like.

The first question you may have:

"How do I register as a new user?"

To register you can access the registration from this link

http://continuouswave.com/forum/ucp.php?mode=register

When you register, please choose the username according to the following guidelines:

--if you had a well-known username on The Old Forum, you are welcome to re-use that username on this forum. You are also welcome to change to a new username, if you wish;

--do not try to adopt someone's well-known username from The Old Forum; user's who try to hijack someone else's username will be highly discouraged from participation; and,

--in choosing a username, please keep it simple, polite, and comprehensible;

--certain words in a username are prohibited.

And in case you are having trouble with the challenge question, the Boston Whaler company was founded by Dick Fisher. A famous model is named after a town on the extreme eastern end of Long Island. When you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your registration data.

If you forget your password for the NEW FORUM, you can recover the password by using the "I forgot my password" option at the log-in screen. The forum software will contact you via email--the same email that the forum has on file and to which it sent the confirmation.

Please note that test postings will not be archived and may be deleted after a few days.
