Q1: What is the pin out of cable with ref 000-0120-62 at the Evinrude end?

The cable shown in Figure 1 is a NMEA-2000 drop cable for connecting the NMEA-2000 port on the legacy E-TEC engines to a NMEA-2000 network wired with the DeviceNet Micro connectors.

You can deduce the pin assignment at the E-TEC end from the wire colors in the mating connector. The wire insulation color code follows the standard NMEA-2000 color code.
