2020 Update on Evinrude Gauge Applications

Evinrude have revised several of their gauge and display products to have more clearly defined application.
The ICON Pro-series gauges at their introduction were, of course, applicable to only the then-current line of E-TEC engines, now the legacy products, and the ICON Pro-series initially had no specific support for the yet to be revealed G2 engines. After the G2 engines were revealed, ICON Pro-series firmware was revised, and there was support for both legacy and G2 engines. As of Spring 2020, the ICON Pro-series gauges are revised to no longer support the G2, and once again will only support the legacy E-TEC engines.
The more recent NAUTILUS 3.5 Color Display instrument was initially intended only for E-TEC G2 engine application. It did offer some support for legacy engines, but did not provide a full set of features. The latest version NAUTILUS display now offers support for both legacy E-TEC and G2 E-TEC engines.
Evinrude I-Command gauges are obsolete. They were only intended for legacy engines.
