Q1: What shop or manufacturer can fabricate for me a custom tempered glass windshield assembly for a 2019 230 Outrage that would be styled to match the factory system used on the 2019 250 Outrage?

Q2: from what vendor does Boston Whaler obtain windshields for the 2019 250 OUTRAGE?

I’m interested in replicating the center windshield panel with port and starboard glass wings that are used on the 2019 250 OUTRAGE when ordered with the hardtop option. Ideally, I’d like to find a company that can take measurements or templates and produce a custom glass windshield assembly to fit a 2019 230 OUTRAGE.

SURVEY QUESTION FOR ANYONE WHO HAS WORKED WITH A SHOP OR MANUFACTURER TO HAVE A CUSTOM WINDSHIELD MADE:

Q3: Was your source from any of these vendors:

1. Flex A Fab (tempered glass)
2. UPD Plastics (plastic windshield and port/starboard wings)
3. ePlastics (plastic windshield and port/starboard wings), or
4. Gustafsson Plastics (plastic windshield and port/starboard wings)?

Have you considered having a canvas and isinglass enclosure made instead? Some of the newer eisenglass products are fairly rigid. Looking at the glass on the 250 Outrage it appears to be built right into the hard top frame. I don’t see a good mounting solution for a similar look on the tubes of a 230 Outrage.

Buying a used 2019 250 OUTRAGE may be the best solution.

Yes. I am in contact with my local canvas and isinglass shop and considering that as an option. Thank you for your feedback.

Hah. Yes, it would be simpler to buy a 250 OUTRAGE, but I just bought the 230 OUTRAGE. The boat was a “pocket listing” [i.e.,a private listing not offered to the public] and a sweetheart deal with the dealership where I work.
