Lack of dimensions or scale on drawing for 210 MONTAUK reinforcement area

In [an unspecified model year] 210 MONTAUK owner’s manual, a drawing [of the hull] shows reinforced areas as approximate locations, and there is no scale.
Q1: using the drawing referenced above, how can the reinforcement areas be located precisely?

If the unseen drawing lacks dimension lines, the location of the reinforced areas of the hull will not be able to be precisely located using that drawing.
Reinforced areas of the hull can be located by tapping the hull and listening for a change in the sound.
There may be (and probably will be) better drawings available from Boston Whaler.
