Late 80's Revenge 22 vs Outrage Cuddy 22

Anyone have experience with these two boats.
I have recently become interested in these models and currently there are one of each for sale semi-locally.
I figure if I was an all seasons boater I'd want the revenge for weather protection. But as a mainly summer boater in the PNW Washingtington having the open deck and center console sounds really enjoyable.
The Revenge has the Whaler Drive and raised transom and the Outrage has the low cut transom. For safe keeping with kids I prefer the Revenge but it also makes for a larger boat with the added length and weight of the Whaler Drive.
