Mystery Skiff 13'

This mystery skiff popped up on the local craigslist. It looks like a copy of a Whaler 13 from the late 60s. My first thought was Del Quay, but I can't find any record of those having the molded in seat in the bow. I haven''t taken the time to look at it in person. It's obviously really rough, but the price is approaching pocket change. Any ideas?
