What make and model - 1971/1972 16-17' Whaler

inheriting this boat and from what I'm told is it is a 1972 17' but I believe it to be a 1971 16'. Also any idea on model - I thought it was a Nauset based on age, but the lack of mahogany makes me question this. Hope to be out on the water soon and look forward to using this site a lot! Thanks for the help!!
