Complete 16-foot Classic for under $1,000

I had been watching a modified 1973 Sakonnet for sale for months, and I finally gave in and made the guy an offer. He accepted, and now I'm in the process of doing a bunch of repairs.
One of my favorite engines for the early 16-foot hulls is a three-cylinder Johnson 65 to 70-HP--now the hunt begins.
My goal is to build a complete boat, engine, and trailer for under $1,000.
Update...I found a 1973 65 HP even rude today...fresh water motor...even has trim !
