Q1: Where can OEM hinges be purchased to replace the original hinges on a 1998 OUTRAGE 20 used on starboard aft compartment hatch cover just in front of transom?

Thanks for any help.

Are you referring to the fishbox lid hinge, shown as item #2 on the diagram labeled "20’ Outrage Hull Assembly Sheet 3 and 4 1998" from the Resource Page on Boston Whaler's site?

A link to the PDF download is below.

The OEM hinge is from Perko. Check measurements on the boat and locate the hinge here:

Screws and barrel nuts can be ordered from McMaster-Carr.

It's actually item number 44 part number 1033232. Listed as 4 adjustable hinges. Chasing it down now. Still not sure where to find this. Perko didn't look like what I needed.

I would describe that as the aft quarter seat base hinge.

Two parts guru's are at the Parts department of two respected Whaler dealers:

Sue Lodel, Twin Cities Marine
http://www.beacontcm.com

Jason/Justin, Nauset Marine
http://www.nausetmarine.com

Forward them the drawing info, part #, description.

Sue Lodel at Twin Cities Marine is the bomb. She knew exactly what I needed and got them in the mail the same day. Thank you Sue.
