220 Dauntless Factory T Top dimensions

I am installing an Atlantic T-Top on my 2006 Dauntless 220 this week. I know the boat has phenolic plates to mount the factory hard top, but BW can't help me locate these plates. From the online documentation, the rear leg should be 59.5" from the aft edge of the front compartment. What I cannot find is where the front plate is located.
For owners of factory T-top on a 2000-2006 Dauntless 220: please measure the distance from the front leg to the rear leg of the hard top and post it in reply to this thread.
Thanks,
Chris

Page 41 of the owner's manual shows the T-top but does not give dimensions. I guess I would try Boston Whaler customer service again--I am positive they had detailed engineering drawings when the boat was built and based on the responses that I have received, it appears that they archive everything.

This might help as well and is also from Boston Whaler literature.

That is fantastic, how did you find the t top dimensions? I could not find it in the document library.
The legs on the Atlantic top are 33" on center, so maybe with careful placement, I can grab both mounting plates.

I am going through the same process as you (albeit very slowly)--updating a 220 Dauntless. I emailed Whaler and they sent me the drawings and owner's manual. Turnaround time was less than a day in both cases.

Cool, I will post some photos here as the t top arrives tomorrow.
Just to confirm, is that the t-top for the 2000-2006 dauntless 220?

The drawings were for a 2004 model year Dauntless 22.

Thanks, Padrefigure, I was able to locate and tap those [reinforced deck] areas even though my T-top mounting legs were a little closer together.
I am really pleased with this top and I am going to remove the stock stainless steel hoop around the windshield for better visibility.

Chris -
How much distance between inside of legs and the side of the console?
How many connections to the console?
What do the feet look like on the deck?

It is an Atlantic Super Radius T-Top.
https://www.atlantictowers.com/products ... _t_top.phpI picked this one since it is only three pieces and getting it delivered via truck to Massachusetts was reasonable.
The legs accommodate different widths and I placed them as close as possible, but not blocking, the center access panel to the fuel tank. The Dauntless is 8-feet 6-inches wide so there is plenty of room to walk around.
This top comes with four connections to the center console, but I was only able to install two. I have ordered some cross braces that will allow me to stabilize the front legs. As there are only three pieces, the top is really stiff with only two connections to the console. With Padrefigure's help, I was able to locate the phenolic plates in the deck to tap and screw into. I used fast cure 5200 to glue the feet down.
I am really pleased with the whole process.
