For customers who have purchased parts from a website called https://bostonwhalerboatparts.com, give me a review of your experience.

They have a compelling price for a rub rail.

In my view their website is sketchy. They did not reply to an email inquiry.

What are you seeing for rub rail pricing from Boston Whaler? Try Sue at Twin Cities Marine. I paid $225 for a rub rail from them.

It seems clear to me that the cited website is not an authorized Boston Whaler dealer for parts.

That on-line seller of Boston Whaler boat parts is probably an operation that is buying surplus Boston Whaler production parts or possibly parts that did not meet Boston Whaler standards and were rejected and sold for scrap.

I believe that in Florida, with so many boat builders, there a market opportunity for excess production parts to be resold by independent resellers. Exactly how they get them is unknown to me.

I have been on the Whaler forums for 20 years and providing advice and technical support to owners for 10 years.

I have never heard of that site.

Their inventory is scattershot, prices seem high.

They do not list a street address. Not good.

I use trusted vendors who have physical addresses and exist in physical world.
