Most of the available replacement Norman Pins today are stainless steel. On some older and smaller Boston Whaler boats the Norman Pins were bronze or chrome-plated bronze. There is a discussion from 2003 (twenty years ago at this writing) that surveys the use of chrome and bronze Norman Pins. See

I would contact one of these Boston Whaler dealers known for superior customer service and authentic parts.
