Says who? Perhaps you can give some indication of how you arrived at these rankings.
Historically the best fabric for marine canvas has been SUNBRELLA. And the Glen Raven Mills trademark SUNBRELLA fabric is made of 100% solution-dyed acrylic. So says Glen Raven Mills:
