FS: 1987 15-foot hull suitable for restoration and Highland trailer for $2,750 in Bern, North Carolina

I have a North Carolina title for the hull. I believe this boat started life as a SPORT 15 based on the interior screw holes. It had a good life until the former owner tried to turn it into a center console. The hull was poorly painted without a primer coat and paint is flaking off when hit with water from a garden hose.
A delivery can be arranged.
I only have used the Highlands trailer to make a one-hour tow home. I have no paperwork for the trailer. It will need running, signal signal, and brake lamps.
