WTB late 80's 22 Outrage Cuddy

Looking for a solid 84-89 22 OR cuddy. I'm in Oregon, but have good source for shipping so distance isn't controlling. Bare hull would work, also, if it's in good shape, or a newer 4 stroke(s). (Or as close as I can come to that ideal...)
There is currently one for sale in Middle River, MD. If anyone is local there and can go check it out for me, it would be much appreciated. It is at Beacon Light Marina.
