WTB 18-19 Outrage

Hello,
I am looking for 18/19 outrage with newer power. I am in California but am willing to have it shipped or possibly drive to pickup if not too far ~1500 mi.
*PS I have tried registering on whalercentral but have yet to receive a welcome email to finish the registration process. Does anyone know how this is done... maybe they only check new registers every few weeks?
