This 2011 170 MONTAUK has never spent the night in the water and has always been kept indoors or under roof on a boat lift. I have service and maintenance records.

- MinnKota trolling motor

- bow swim pad (never used)
- two deep-cycle batteries less than year old
- stainless steel propeller
- console conver
- entertainment system with AM-FM broadcast receiver
- transom live well
- rod holders
- Humminbrid SONAR with down imaging, chart plotter and GNSS
- engine has about 60-hours run time, and about 40-hour were at idle speed
- never been in saltwater
