Give me an appraisal of 1990 OUTRAGE 19 with a bad engine. It has a trailer, a new fuel tank, and a some electronics. It’s well kept but the engine needs to replaced. It’s been shrink wrapped and not used for three years. Typical old guy boat . Any input would help. Thanks

Replacement of the fuel tank on a c.1990 OUTRAGE 19 may have necessitated cutting out a large section of the deck to gain access. The workmanship of that repair would be a critical influence on the boat's present value.

In 1990, they changed the model name of the 'Outrage 18' to 'Outrage 19' to align model names across the brand. In 1992 they added the additional liner, reconfigured the interior, removed the fuel tank access cover and introduced a new console design.

I would estimate closer to $7,000

I would say less than $7k unless in VERY good condition and a great trailer. More like $5k if average.
