APPRAISAL: 1987 Striper 17

What is a fair price for a 1987 Striper 17 boats that is a restoration candidate, has the aft casting deck and both original pedestal seats, has its original 1988 Evinrude 90, and has a galvanized trailer with new tires and cleaned and repacked bearings?
