- has been stored indoors
- has side railings
- can have bow railings
- has an engine only if the engine has less than 150-hours
- is a clean hull
- has good to great gel coat finish
- has no stains
- has no bottom paint
- has no holes or has holes repaired professionally
- was never stored outdoors
Sellers must
- provide pictures of the boat
- be able to answer many questions
