The hull looks to be in good condition, except for the two awful repairs on the hull sides just below the gunwales at the bow on both Port and Starboard sides. So deducting for those flaws.

Also no mention of a trailer being included, so also deducting for no trailer.

On that basis, and considering a guy appears to have sold an 11-footer for $11,995 recently, you should start your asking price around that figure.

If you get those awful repairs to the hull fixed and include a road-worthy trailer, you can ask for more.

Thank you for the feedback. The marks on the side are just where I blurred out the [state registration decals]. There are no repairs.

I believe $7,000 is closer to the high end value of your 13. At that asking price I would be prepared to negotiate downward to as low as $6,000. The new owner will expect to need to repower the boat soon.
