Project Unduck!

My neighbor just picked this up and I think it's worthy of a documented build thread. Some of you duck hunters may cringe at the sight of stripping her down but it's time to find the 13' whaler and restore.

Whatcha think people? A worthy project???

But it is duck season now.

I hunt upland birds. You don't have to go out in bad weather in a small boat.
